We are a freshly established business with a passion for Construction Management. We realise how tough, stressful and time consuming building your dream home or extension can be.
C2K Concept to Key is a young, fresh and exciting consultancy business providing professional assistance to construction companies of all sizes in Operational, Commercial, Design, Planning, HS&E, Estimating & Tendering management, quite literally from the initial idea of the project (Concept), to completing and handing over the project (Key).
We strive to be as flexible as possible by providing companies with the help and assistance that they need without having to make the big commitment of employing a person to fill the role. We provide construction professionals on a full time or part time basis, for long term or short term basis. We can even offer a few hours a week if that's what is required.
Services we offer
Pre-Construction
This is usually the longest part of the project. During the initial stages, we will arrange all necessary searches and surveys, capture your concept, vision and convert into a technical design for Planning and Building Control approval including Section 106 (if applicable).
We will organise all Utilities applications, connections and enquiries to all trades, to achieve cost assurity before the work starts.
During the entire process of the project, we will liaise with you the client, to update you on value against budget, whilst striving for best value. We will update you on progress and will constantly check that your expectations are being met.
Construction Phase
With all the preconstrction phase nearing completion, we will consult, engage and manage all the trades, to ensure they are working in accordance with the design, specification and Building Regulations. We will contact the Building Control Officer at the key stages of the process and before works are closed in, ensuring sign off by same, before progressing. We will provide you will regular progress updates.
Quality Assurance is very important to us, as it is to the client and we will ensure that all trades people are experienced and competent in their respective disciplines.
We take the Health and Safety of our personnel very seriously and will not tolerate low standards.
Final touches
As we near the end of the journey through the construction process, we can either hand over the shell and core to you, to finish yourselves or can progress further with interior design and complete fit out, all to your exacting standard. The journey that started with your Concept will be finished with the handover of the Keys, to your dream home. Concept to Key looks forward to hearing from you.
